We are seeking an experienced and strategic thinker, proficient in Mandarin and English, to lead our business initiatives. This role is critical for enhancing business growth and ensuring effective cross-cultural communication within our expanding markets.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead and be fully responsible for the credit business operations in Mexico, ensuring all KPIs are met, with regular reporting to Group headquarters.
  • Design the initial architecture and build the team according to the Group's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee risk control, technology, operations, product development, and collections departments to ensure smooth implementation of business strategies in Mexico.
  • Drive key business development milestones, including product launch, transaction growth, user base expansion, and meeting financial return targets aligned with Group goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You held leadership roles in established fintech companies.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and implement high-level business strategies, and to manage cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding and successful track record in managing credit projects and the financial offshore sector in Mexico.
  • Exceptional ability to plan, organize, innovate, and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Results-oriented, with visionary leadership, self-motivation, team management, and excellent communication skills.
  • Keen awareness of operational cost control and risk mitigation, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage stress.
  • Proven expertise in leadership, business development, and strategic execution in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment.
  • Extensive experience in the financial and credit sectors within Mexico, with a strong grasp of industry dynamics.
  • Deep knowledge of fintech and credit business operations, with proven project management capabilities in Mexico.
