The Ops Sup Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Operations Support department through delegation of tasks and responsibilities for multiple teams Conduct performance evaluations, compensations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations of team members as well as determining staffing needs Monitor team’s end results, ensuring quality and efficiency and contributes to resource planning, budget management and formulation of procedures Contribute to development of new techniques, models, and plans within area of expertise Facilitate alignment of the Operations Support infrastructure through focused technologies and processes Ensure compliance with government regulations as they pertain to retail accounts serviced through the evaluation and implementation of appropriate control and testing measures Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of information and in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures in complicated and unique situations Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. Ability to manage teams.  Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


Qualifications:

Atención al Canal de Corresponsales (servicios de externos para recepción de depósitos y pagos a cuentas de Citibanamex), labores administrativas, garantía de niveles de servicio, controles y requerimientos regulatorios, seguimiento, pago a corresponsales, generación de scripts de pruebas en UAT y Producción del Canal de Corresponsal para certificar la operativa, asegurar las conexiones cuidando los niveles de servicio y seguridad de la información.

Conocimientos de Políticas y Regulaciones Internas.

Administración de e-global, backoffice externo y relación con

Corresponsales existentes

Experiencia en Tecnología y Sistemas internos de Banco

Admin de Proyectos

Regulación de CNBV

Inglés Intermedio


Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience


This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

1) Asegurar niveles de servicio del Canal de Corresponsales mediante la administración del proceso de monitoreo 24/7 con el proveedor E-Global, ejecutando acciones de mejora o corrección que permitan el servicio al Cliente se otorgue bajo los niveles adecuados

2) Mantener un adecuado ambiente de Control y Cumplimiento relacionados con los procesos del área de Operaciones Corresponsales con la finalidad de asegurar el cumplimiento de las Políticas Internas y de las Disposiciones Regulatorias, Operativas y Tecnológicas

3) Responsable del Rol de Business Activity Owner Support para 4 Anexos de servicio con el proveedor e-Global relacionados con los procesos del área, asegurando el cumplimiento de la política de TPM mediante la coordinación de actividades con las Áreas de Sourcing, TPISA, BISO, TPU Y TPO y Proveedor; adicionalmente deberá asegurar que los Anexos de servicio se encuentren actualizados y vigentes

4) Negociar con la Banca de Gobierno y Comercial las condiciones y viabilidad de implementación del Modelo de Corresponsal “Módulos E-Global” como un servicio de valor agregado y de venta cruzada, así como administrar el servicio otorgado por el proveedor

5) Coordinar la ejecución de las pruebas anuales de penetración (PenTest) al Canal de Corresponsales con los Equipos de Seguridad de la Información y Tecnología, así como establecer los planes de remediación en caso de que se identifiquen hallazgos

6) Administración del Proceso de Quejas del Canal de Corresponsales, garantizando el registro correcto, el análisis de resultados y el seguimiento a los planes de acción con la finalidad de dar cumplimiento a las regulaciones aplicables

7) Ejecutar las Certificaciones Tecnológicas en ambiente UAT relacionadas con nuevos Corresponsales o Servicios en el Canal de Corresponsales, lo cual incluye el ciclo de pruebas a) Unitarias Remotas, b) Unitarias en sitio, c) Integrales remotas y d) Integrales en sitio, coordinando a los Equipos tecnológicos de Citibanamex, de los Corresponsales y del switch con el proveedor E-global, para dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos regulatorios

8) Garantizar mediante la ejecución de pruebas de no impacto, que las Liberaciones tecnológicas de otros Canales o Productos o las adecuaciones tecnológicas de los Corresponsales, no afecten el servicio del Canal de Corresponsales

9) Participar en las actividades que den cumplimiento a las Regulaciones aplicables relacionadas con los Anexos 52, 57, 58 y 59 de las disposiciones de la CNBV
