Como parte del equipo de manufactura, usted es la fuerza impulsora detrás de la creación de nuestros productos de cocina y baño. Trabajarás de manera práctica con los productos, desde el manejo de la materia prima hasta el envío de una pieza completa. Usted es responsable de garantizar que todos los productos se ensamblen y fabriquen correctamente para brindar a los clientes una experiencia sólida y constante. El conocimiento y la atención a todos los protocolos de seguridad es una parte esencial para mantener nuestras operaciones de fabricación segura y eficiente.
Part of the manufacturing team, you are the driving force behind the creation of our kitchen and bath products. You will work hands-on with the products themselves, from the handling of raw materials to the shipping of a completed piece. You are responsible for ensuring that all products are properly assembled and manufactured to bring customers a consistently strong experience. Knowledge and attention to all safety protocols is an essential part of keeping our manufacturing operations safe and efficient.
Responsabilidades
Incoming Inspection
· Evaluar la confiabilidad del cliente mediante muestreos aleatorios del producto
· Aseguran que los productos cuenten con la especificación de planos
· Rechazan producto al cliente que no cumpla con las especificaciones
· Aseguran el nivel de exigencia de acuerdo a la confiabilidad del cliente
Procesos
· Realiza auditorías a los procesos de acuerdo a las normas y puntos críticos de calidad
· Reporta resultados de procesos y auditorías realizadas durante el turno
· Da seguimiento a los nuevos productos y nuevos proyectos.
Producto Terminado
· Realiza muestreos al producto terminado, asegurando que cuenten con los requerimientos del cliente
· Informan sobre los reclamos del cliente y aseguran su difusión para evitar que se repitan
· Detienen producto de embarque que no cumpla con los requerimientos del cliente
· Realiza la liberación de bodega
· Generan alertas de calidad cuando se requiere
· Apoyar en la implementación del sistema de medio ambiente
· Apoyar activamente el cumplimiento de la política del sistema de medio ambiente
· Aceptar y participar activamente en el proceso del sistema de medio ambiente
· Apoyar en el cumplimiento de controles y oportunidades, y seguimiento de riesgos y oportunidades
· Aceptar y ser impulsor del Sistema de Medio Ambiente
· Cumplir con los roles y responsabilidades del sistema de gestión de calidad descrito en el documento FT-EHS-49-00.
Requisitios
Conocimientos – Normas de seguridad y calidad dentro aplicables al área de trabajo.
Educación- Deseable Educación Preparatoria, en caso de no cumplir, debe ser capaz de leer y escribir.Experiencia – Deseable un año en proceso cerámico Competencias – Es necesario que sea una persona activa, responsable y capaz de realizar distintas actividades.
