Position: Revenue Operations Manager

Type of contract: Independent contractor 

Working Hours: 9AM-5PM CST 

Holidays: Local holidays

Salary Range: 2000 - 2500 USD/Monthly

Scope of the Role 

We seek a Revenue Operations Manager to manage and optimise our revenue operations process. This role is crucial to our success as it involves close collaboration with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and use data analytics to measure and improve performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. Your contribution in this role will be highly valued and integral to our company's operations.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimise the revenue operations process from lead generation to customer retention.
  • Align efforts and ensure seamless customer experience by working closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • Use data and analytics to track and improve key performance metrics like lead conversion and retention rates.
  • Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and find growth opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices and tools for revenue operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in revenue operations or sales operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to use data and analytics to drive performance improvements.
  • Expert level in HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hub) and Excel.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as PandaDoc, Notion, Clay, Workable, and RecruitCRM.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, the company's target audience, and goals.
  • Expertise in conducting market and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects.
