PropósitoEl Manager de Revenue Management es responsable de toda la gestión de Ingresos de su cartera de hoteles asignada en segmento ALL INCLUSIVE. Trabajará estrechamente con los referentes de Revenue Management de cada propiedad en la región para analizar el pricing en todo el compset competitivo y en todo el mercado para desarrollar e implementar estrategias de precios e inventario gestionando todos los canales de distribución aplicables. Sus responsabilidades serán trabajar en los presupuestos anuales para las propiedades de su cartera. Luego, monitorear activamente los resultados y el logro de estos objetivos a través de un forecast continuamente actualizado
Principales funciones & responsabilidadesApoyar al equipo para desarrollar estrategias y tácticas específicas de las propiedades para maximizar los ingresos realizando el análisis necesario, que incluye, entre otros, lo siguiente: Análisis de demanda histórica, Producción actual, Pronóstico y presupuestación, Comparación de precio-valor, Análisis del conjunto competitivo de STR, Análisis de la mezcla de negocios, Calendario de demanda/fechas de bloqueo
Supervisar y gestionar tarifas e inventario para garantizar que las propiedades estén correctamente valoradas en el mercado por día
Deberá realizar reuniones de seguimiento con los equipos para implementar políticas/programas y capacitarlos en herramientas
Realiza un seguimiento y comunica la efectividad de las estrategias y tácticas definidas, haciendo recomendaciones para ajustes continuos: Revisiones mensuales, Seguimiento semanal / informes de estado, Llamadas diarias / semanales de ingresos con la propiedad
Realiza visitas a las propiedades según sea necesario para implementar políticas/programas globales y capacitar a los hoteles en herramientas
Educación & experiencia
- Estudiante en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas u Hospitalidad y/o carreras afines (graduados)
- Ingles avanzado
- Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en Revenue Management, preferiblemente en la industria hotelera
- Experiencia en múltiples propiedades es ideal, fundamental tener comprensión en presupuestos/pronósticos de ventas
- Habilidades en liderar un equipo enfocado en alcanzar objetivos
- Perfil analítico con gran iniciativa para rastrear y resolver problemas
- Excelentes habilidades comunicacionales
