Summary
As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you'll support the efficient operation of our front desk and guest services. Your functions will include assisting in overseeing check-in/check-out procedures, managing reservations, and resolving guest issues. Responsibilities also include supervising front desk staff, providing training, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Additionally, you'll play a key role in optimizing guest satisfaction and revenue through effective guest relations and upselling strategies.

Qualifications
Native Spanish and fluent in English (writing, speaking and reading). Minimum 2 years’ experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Excellent financial skills for budget control. Knowledge and supervision of check-in/out process and other departmental processes. Good communication, administrative, interpersonal and problem solving skills, complaint handling and service-oriented approach are required. Must possess the following strengths: leadership and service attitude, easy with words, good attention to detail, proactive, team player, excellent time management, and interpersonal skills in dealing with guests. Availability for full-time management, flexibility to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule. Must be a person who builds trust and commitment by cultivating genuine relationships.-
