JOB DESCRIPTION

Drive merchandising efforts through gender/category management of assortments. Assort an impactful menu by different business channels by country with inputs from cross functional partners

Execute assortment plans for category edit for dedicated country needs Prepare for and attend Regional milestones including input into Brief, Product Knowledge Seminars & Investment Review Create merchandise menus for channel/gender needs based on segmented approach for the market in each sector Create assortment tools for each segment needs Act as the DTC expert for product performance providing consistent and clear month end business recaps to leadership Manage data entry needs for category to ensure adoption & PO creation Read & react to performance reviews of channel data Bachelor’s degree preferred along with retail or merchandising experience Ability to effectively problem solve Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented Bilingual Proficient with software applications, particularly Microsoft excel, word, ppt, and SAP. 2+ years’ experience creating continuous integration/deployment for on-premise environments Experience using cloud native tools to monitor cloud infrastructure and/or services
