REPRESENTANTE DE VENTAS ZONA NORTE

Tu enfoque principal como Representante de Ventas será desarrollar y nutrir relaciones con los clientes actuales, al tiempo que identificarás y buscarás nuevas oportunidades de negocio en la Zona Norte de México.

 

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mecánica, Ingeniería o campo relacionado.

Historial comprobado de éxito en ventas B2B, preferiblemente dentro de la industria de equipos de limpieza o relacionada.

Conocimiento técnico en equipos de limpieza o productos similares.

 

Funciones y Responsabilidades:

·        Atender las necesidades de los clientes de diversos sectores industriales para ejecutar estrategias y aumentar las ventas.

·        Incrementar el número de nuevos clientes directos, concentrándose principalmente en Nuevo León y Coahuila (90% del tiempo), y en menor medida en Chihuahua, Sonora y Tijuana (10% del tiempo).

·        Presentar informes mensuales de progreso y resultados de manera oportuna.

·        Dar seguimiento y garantizar el cumplimiento de las fechas de vencimiento de las facturas de Distribución en coordinación con el departamento de Finanzas.

·        Preparar órdenes de compra completas para el departamento de Operaciones, coordinar demostraciones con anticipación para garantizar equipos y transporte, y tener un conocimiento claro de los procesos internos relacionados con alta de clientes, cobranza e ingreso de pedidos.

 

Competencias:

Fuerte comprensión del proceso de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre de acuerdos, con excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación.

Capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones con tomadores de decisiones clave e influyentes dentro de las organizaciones de los clientes.

Autodirigido y orientado a resultados, con pasión por superar los objetivos y impulsar el crecimiento del negocio.

Experiencia previa trabajando con empresas que manejen montacargas, polipastos, máquinas soldadoras, plataformas y equipos similares.

Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del área local.

Dominio de Microsoft Office y software CRM (por ejemplo, Salesforce) es preferible.
