Requisitos:

Profesionista con especialidad en Finanzas, Banca, Administración o Financiera, tecnología o afín.

·      Cartera de clientes en servicios o productos relacionados al sector financiero.

·      Extensa red de contactos: directos, a traves de amigos/excompañeros en puestos similares y familiares.

·      Prospección a traves de Linkedin y llamadas en frío.

·      Capacidad para entender proceso comercial desde la prospectiva del cliente. Metodo SPIN.

·      Indispensable conoocimiento en la prospección/venta: Productos o servicios financieros como Core bancario, Prevención de lavado de dinero, Integrador de pagos de servicios, Análisis crediticio, Onboarding Digital, etc.

·      Buen Conocimiento de la industria de Finaniera y manejo del lenguaje de Tecnologías de Información.

·      Relación con clientes a niveles CxO (C-Levels).

·      Orientado a resultados (sesiones, oportunidades y cuota)

·      Cumplimiento de objetivos comprobable (cuota).

·      Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.

·      Idioma Inglés: hablado y escrito para negocios (intermedio)

·      Habilidades para desarrollar propuestas, presentaciones y excelente redacción.

·      Orientación al detalle, organizado y seguimiento constante.

·      Buena presentación personal.

·      Gestión de CRM preferentemente Hubspot.

·      Gestión de encuestas de satisfacción con cliente.

·      Manejo en el uso de herramientas de colaboración (conferencias, Mensajeros instantáneos, email, Agenda, Contactos, Drive, etc.)

·      Negociación con diversos tomadores de decisiones (alcance/precio)
