Key role in being an ambassador for Continuous Improvement: coaching, mentoring and influencing at all levels to affect the required continuous improvement culture in the plant.

What would you do?

Kerry Plant Transformation Deployment Team, Functional SME’s, Plant Leadership Team and our external partner in the diagnostics, future state design work and implementation of the 1Kerry Plant Program. Responsible for ensuring that there are robust delivery plans in place throughout all stages of the 1Kerry Plant Program – diagnostics, future state design work and implementation. Assist in the diagnostic analysis, in order to assess current state performance using the three lenses of the 1 Kerry Plant Transformation – Operating System, Management System, People System. Work collaboratively with the Change Agent, Plant Leadership Team and Plant Teams to surface improvement opportunities emerging from the diagnostic work. Define the initiatives required to achieve the future state target across the Operating, Management & People Systems. Create implementation plans to support on time delivery of these initiatives. Ensure that there is a sustainable delivery model in place for the implementation of initiatives identified from the 1Kerry Plant Transformation Program. During the implementation phase execute the delivery plans, monitor and update the progress versus these and highlight where additional support is required. Embed the new standards to ensure sustainability of the initiatives. Further educate yourself in the principles, philosophies and tools of continuous improvement and the 1Kerry Plant Transformation Program with the support of the Change Agent and our external partner. Ensure each plant is using a standardized set of key performance indicators (KPI’s) as per the 1Kerry Plant Management System standard and that targets can be achieved through a rigorous performance management system. Support the implementation.

What will you need to be successful?

Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of experience leading continuous improvement projects in production plants Project management experience with practical knowledge of PM tools and techniques to support delivery. Have a working knowledge of lean principles and a vision for continuous sustainable improvement. Essential experience with savings projects Advanced English, excellent verbal and written communication skills Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
