Empresa global se encuentra en la búsqueda de un SQL expertise-production support L2-L3




Como especialista en soporte y mantenimiento de aplicaciones, trabajará en el mantenimiento de aplicaciones importantes para empresas líderes de servicios financieros a nivel mundial.




Responsabilidades:

  • Trabaje activamente con los miembros del equipo para analizar y resolver problemas de la aplicación.
  • Gestión de incidentes (resolución de incidentes, comunicación con las partes interesadas, gestión de puentes, análisis post mortem y elementos de acción)
  • Gestión de tickets de usuario (revisión de trabajos pendientes, interfaz de usuario y priorización manual)
  • Eventos planificados/no planificados: soporte BCP (planificación de continuidad del negocio), migración, actividades festivas.
  • Coordinar el soporte y la entrega de liberación y posterior a la liberación.
  • Implementar correcciones de errores, mejoras menores, etc.
  • Identifique defectos/discrepancias para identificar la causa raíz mediante la depuración o el análisis de registros.
  • Mejore la estabilidad de la aplicación observando patrones, alertas recurrentes o problemas para solucionarlos permanentemente o automatizarlos.

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia laboral total, pero 3 años relevantes
  • Mínimo 3+ años de experiencia en SQL
  • Conocimientos de AppSupport y buena capacidad de análisis.
  • Idea básica en Front End UI relacionados con el apoyo
  • Buenos conocimientos de Autosys.
  • Excelente comunicación y capacidad de análisis.
  • Inglés Avanzado Conversacional
  • Escolaridad: Titulado o Pasante (En proceso de Titulación)
