About the Role
:Be responsible for leading multiple scrum teams, facilitate and support the scrum process, and ensure that the team adheres to its principles and practices. Coach scrum teams to follow agile practices and self-organize, self-manage, and reach a higher level of scrum maturity. Proven ability to lead a team to a successful project delivery's and inclusion, flexibility, work-life balance, and more.
