Tu rol en Baxter:

Asegurar a través del adecuado diseño; implementación y seguimiento de las estrategias comerciales el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas anuales definidos por negocio; fomentando la eficiencia, desarrollo, motivación y competitividad del equipo a su cargo y coordinar los esfuerzos de las diferentes unidades de negocios y áreas funcionales, de tal forma que se fortalezcan las relaciones comerciales con todos los canales y segmentos que incluya el territorio.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter :

Diseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento a las estrategias comerciales que permitan asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto anual de ventas del territorio asignado, para cada una de las líneas de negocio Proveer soporte y/o recomendaciones a las líneas de negocio de estrategia de precio, productos y competencia Definir en conjunto con las líneas de negocio el plan de comisiones y asegurar que se cumpla la comunicación y el pago Alinear y garantizar la ejecución de los planes estratégicos de cada línea de negocio Construir relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes clave de la región, a través de generar soluciones innovadoras que cumplan sus necesidades económicas y clínicas Realizar negociaciones de alto de nivel con los tomadores de decisión, demostrando los beneficios del portafolio de Baxter Responsable de definir precio y negociaciones con cada cliente, de acuerdo a los lineamientos y estrategia de precio que establezca cada línea negocio Garantizar una rentabilidad acorde a los lineamientos de Baxter en los negocios de los clientes asignados Asegurar que los procesos de contratación (Licitaciones, Invitaciones Restringidas, Adjudicaciones Directas) se cumplan Garantizar el agotamiento de contratos de acuerdo a la estrategia de cada línea de negocio Reforzar mapa político y relaciones con clientes de acuerdo a la segmentación de cada linea de negocio Identificar, validar y garantizar en conjunto con las áreas internas de soporte, los parámetros de servicio críticos que generan valor para el cliente y comunicar los niveles de servicio otorgados Coordinar el acceso al cliente con Medical Affairs y Market Access de acuerdo a la estrategia de cada línea de negocio Participar activamente en las reuniones y/o procesos relacionados con ventas, crédito y cobranzas Construir y validar el compromiso de venta (semanal, mensual, trimestral, anual) e identificar funnel de oportunidades Promover el desarrollo y retención de talento, facilitando el crecimiento personal y profesional de sus integrantes con un adecuado coaching; acompañamiento en campo y con un plan de desarrollo de carrera Garantizar un adecuado manejo de los objetivos, estrategias y seguimiento de KPI´s que garanticen el cumplimiento de las metas y la implementación oportuna de planes Asegurar la realización de G2M, y el uso de las herramientas corporativas para la documentación de compromisos y planeación de actividades

Lo que aportarás a Baxter

Licenciatura en áreas de la salud, administrativas o afines (preferentemente) 6 a 10 años de experiencia en el manejo de líderes privados y públicos. Manejo y generación de estrategia corporativa y táctica. Alto nivel de relacionamiento. Aplicación de la técnica de ventas. Conocimiento de terapias y productos. Alto nivel de relacionamiento con clientes. Habilidades de comunicación con diferentes niveles de la organización interna y externa. Elevado nivel de manejo del concepto de Business Accumen. Liderazgo. Manejo de Paquetería Office. Alto nivel de autonomía. Excelente manejo del concepto de Networking Interno en Baxter.
