This Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies and tactics that enhance employee engagement, align with company goals, and promote a cohesive corporate culture.

Main Responsibilities:

·Drives and creates internal communications initiatives and campaigns aligned with Corp. Comms., Marketing, HR within others and with local, regional, and global direction.

·Leads local strategic communications projects with topics from global, region and local topics (strategic, cultural, process and corporate governance), employee's recognitions & heritage, product & services, operations and others.

·Collaborate with peers at local and regional operations.

·Conceives and drives executive communication projects for key executives and/or stakeholders including events, speeches, presentations, etc.

·Develops and aligns messaging with local, regional, and occasionally global direction.

·Responsible of the management of the Recording Set at HQ and all its operation. From maintenance services with supplier, recording, audio, lightning and editing some executive’s videos.

·Leads and produce corporate or product events. Including the coordination of the stakeholders and agency activities.

·Manages the digital signage communications channel in HQ.

Qualifications:

Bachelor´s in communications, business or related subject. 3 to 5 years of communications experience (internal and / or external). Comms channels management experience. Preferred experience in change management accompaniment process. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to execution, using structured project management skills. Impeccable writing in Spanish and English. Capable of independently producing high-quality content. Capable of leading people and teams across the hierarchical spectrum, including more mid players with reporting responsibility to Local/Regional/Global. Team/agencies management skills. Digital PR experience desired.
