Position Description
As a Project Manager IT & Marketing Solutions at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Contribute to maintaining the IT Marketing Systems portfolio roadmap status, owning the delivery of assigned IT Marketing systems projects/features end-to-end
  • Owning the delivery of assigned IT Marketing systems projects/features end-to-end, from initiation to deployment. Manage project budgets and ensure accurate reporting of in-flight activities. 
  • Identify and manage key dependencies across other IT Marketing initiatives
  • Lead the project team and foster close collaboration across functions. Ensuring project delivery according to established agreements between all teams
  • Guide project scoping initiatives and drive stakeholder updates


Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience within IT or Marketing systems, with experience leading large initiatives. Pharmaceutical background is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Experience with Adobe, Salesforce, or similar technologies preferred
  • Experience in both waterfall project management and Agile methodologies. Scrum Master role is preferred. 
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
  • Fluent in English language.
