This role will provide support to Recruitment Support team. The Intern plays an important role in providing HR related topics to employees. We need employees, all eager to engage actively in building a high-performing department, valuing collaboration, quality, and fun in the everyday life.What your day will look like:Analysis and Follow-up of Internal Complaints until the validation of effectiveness and closure.Complaints & QIS SharePoint filling from when the complaint is applied for production until its closing.Presence in the analysis of complaints (root cause analysis).Preparation of the weekly status of complaints (investigation, implementation, validation of effectiveness).Calculation and Update of Quality metrics (daily - complaints), (weekly -CPPMs & DPMOs).Support in the implementation of LCI Assessment tasks, for example, Customer Satisfaction Survey.Taking time for projects if required.Support in the implementation of improvement ideas.Are you up for the challenge?Experience: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Administrator.Education: Active Student in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Administrator.Knowledge: Computer management, attitude of continuous improvement and service, teamwork, analytical skills.Skills: Intermediate English, Excel.Children are our role models.
