**Job Summary**The Technical Consultant/Sr Technical Consultant/ Trainer SNBG you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform ensuring seamless IT operations management asset management and service management. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance system performance and drive operational excellence. Your expertise will contribute to improving our IT infrastructure ultimately supporting the company growth.**Responsibilities**- Manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure efficient IT operations management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and drive operational excellence.- Implement ServiceNow ITOM ITAM and ITSM solutions to streamline processes and improve service delivery.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in IT operations.- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration and support.- Lead initiatives to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.- Ensure data integrity and security within the ServiceNow platform.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to enhance system capabilities.- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for IT infrastructure improvements.**Qualifications**- Possess strong experience in ServiceNow including ITOM ITAM and ITSM modules.- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.- Have a proven track record of managing complex IT systems and projects.- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and collaborate with remote teams.- Display knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations management best practices.- Demonstrate capability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
