Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone.**Job Description**:Key Responsibilities- Deliver hands-on configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD).- Lead technical workshops and design sessions with clients across industries such as retail, telecom, and logistics.- Develop and implement workflows, forms, portals, and automation using Flow Designer, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.- Collaborate with Engagement Managers and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.- Draft and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies.- Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior consultants.- Conduct technical training and enablement sessions for client teams.**Qualifications**Required Experience- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience; preferably as the lead consultant of the engagement.- Proven field consulting experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD or FSM, being ITSM the core and strongly desirable good knowledge and hands on of any other two solutions.- Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM).- Experience with authentication methods (SSO, SAML), LDAP, and integration middleware.- Integration experience with other third-party solutions: (Cloud Solutions, Security Solutions, Identity Solutions, etc.)- Familiarity with industry-specific workflows and challenges, especially in sectors like retail operations, customer service, and field service logistics.Preferred Skills- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.- Ability to adapt solutions to industry-specific compliance and operational standards.Certifications- CSA and CAD as a minimum and ideally one or two CIS.- ITIL, TOGAF, Agile certs are a ++**Additional Information** Work Personas**We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
