Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials and supplies to support production needs. This role requires strong communication skills in English and Spanish, attention to detail, and hands-on experience using ERP systems to manage procurement workflows and inventory levels.Key Responsibilities- Execute purchasing activities for raw materials, components, and services based on production schedules and inventory needs- Communicate effectively with domestic and international suppliers (in both English and Spanish) to manage orders, lead times, and delivery schedules- Maintain accurate records and data entry in the ERP system related to POs, receipts, and inventory levels- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to avoid shortages or overstock situations- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and supporting cost reduction initiatives- Collaborate with production, planning, and accounting departments to ensure timely procurement and payment cycles- Address and resolve any supply chain issues or delays proactively- Support sourcing of new vendors and materials as neededExperiência y requisitos**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred- 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally in a manufacturing environment- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, Oracle, etc.)- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment- Knowledge of packaging or industrial materials is a plusBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Compras**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
