_**Assure steady and efficient sourcing by implementing and actioning processes for best practices for research for products or services that best fit the organization needs in terms of Service, Quality, cost, and future demand.**_- _**Identify/select suppliers of goods and services **_- _**Participate in negotiation of terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.**_- _**Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods**_- _**Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive**_- _**Attend meetings with the legal department to ensure any contractual obligations are favorable to the company**_- _**Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements**_- _**Provide forecast to supplier to assure steady delivery long term**_- _**Establish supplier’s evaluation criteria and perform periodic evaluations of key suppliers**_- _**Identify/log cost savings initiatives and report on periodic basis updated savings**_- _**Work closely with R&D to assure alternate suppliers are available **_- _**Coordinate, in conjunction with other areas, the resolution of any supply disruption on goods and services**_- _**Maintain accurate ERP Planning/Buying parameters to assure proper MRP management by the Planners**_- _**Lead interdepartmental efforts to solve supply disruption issues as they arise**_- _**Qualify/Disqualify supplier based on supplier evaluation outcome**_- _**Negotiations with suppliers (not global ones) for pricing/lead time improvement**_- _**Implement/Modify processes for best practices in the Planning team for a successful MRP process **_- _**PPV’s management to minimize the impact**_- _**Inventory control management**_- _**Master's degree in a related field preferred**_- _**Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in the same area required**_- _**Additional certification in the field of procurement desired**_- _**Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions**_- _**Flexible to work long hours as demanded by projects**_- _**Able to travel to meet vendors and suppliers as necessary**_- _**Leadership to take the group to accomplish goals**_- _**Excellent verbal and written communication (Spanish and English)**_- _**Multitasking**_- _**Analytical**_- _**Hability to work under pressure **_- _**Teamwork**_- _**Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills**_- _**Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport building**_Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Servicio de gimnasio- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono anualTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 09/12/2024
