At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Learn more about our culture and life at PepsiCo:Join PepsiCo, dare to transform.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**Responsible to support the execution of Enterprise Solutions IT Foundation initiatives like archiving, TPO, vulnerabilities, etc for LATAM, including the requirement gathering & fulfillment, continuous improvement and service stability, based on the agreed SLAs.Key areas of responsibility are focused lead initiatives and ensure that the plans are met according with the budget.Deliver must of the project in the agile framework based on the new IT organizational structure, this role will be implementing, with solutions under his/her responsibility, the transition to the DevSecOps model.**Under his area of technical responsibility**- Act as Functional Analyst in Evaluate, estimate, plan and develop initiatives by leading or supporting the initiatives based on scope established with the sector and global teams- Contribute on establishing and operate continuous delivery, deployment, monitoring and improvement capabilities- Contribute on guaranteeing solutions with high level of quality and security, focused on minimum to non impact on production- Implement and govern testing automation process focused on time to deliver improvements and quality and security requirements facilitation- Resource Management for proposal feasibility, project planning and execution, using internal and external resources based on the flow of requirements using Vendor- Enable and Champion / Challenger models- Coordinate solutions stability based on agreed SLAs within IT and the business- Collaborate and coordinates troubleshooting and systems analysis- Collaborate and coordinate functional KT to the internal and external team members within LATAM ESQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**- Bachelor’s degree required preferably Systems Engineering or related- 1-2 years of hands-on SAP configuration skills in SAP - desirable- 1-2 years of related IT business work experience, experience managing a team with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent- desirable**Tech skills****Non tech skills**- Agile, Devops or DevSecops Organization understanding- Program and Project Management KnowledgeWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
