We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager - Cloud & Infrastructure Delivery to join our team in Remote- Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX). NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Cloud Practice Technical Project Manager to join our team. Position's General Duties and Tasks: Ideally based in Mexico City (CDMX) to attend client weekly meetings Remote possible if a strong candidate, with availability to travel to CDMX at least once per month. You will take a key role in NTT DATA Cloud Service Delivery Management/Program Management Office. This role works directly with cross-functional teams across the company to support our clients in their journey to the Cloud. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop project plans/schedules, including resource allocation, task assignments, deadlines, project execution requirements, and managing communications. Identify and track project risks and develop and execute risk mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets and track project expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget. Coordinate projects through communications, data collection, and analysis. May act as Project Manager on multiple projects concurrently. Facilitate project team meetings, including regular status meetings and issue resolution sessions. Monitor project progress, identify variances from the project plan, and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Create reports and presentations that effectively communicate project status, presenting to stakeholders and addressing concerns. Escalate issues as needed to senior management. Requirements: Undergraduate degree and 6+ years relevant experience. Mexico-based, fully bilingual (English/Spanish). Ideally based in Mexico City (CDMX) to attend client weekly meetings Remote possible if a strong candidate, with availability to travel to CDMX at least once per month. Deep domain expertise with 5+ years of experience in on-premises infrastructure (preferred), with additional background in Cloud computing and/or technical project delivery. Candidates with strong experience in both on-premises and cloud environments will be considered a strong plus. Proven experience in migrations from on-prem to cloud environments. Experience with Azure Stack solutions and deployments is a plus. Experience managing projects leveraging partner-provided incentives for clients. Excellent communication skills and proven consensus-building abilities. Enterprise work experience dealing with highly complex situations. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-starter, energetic, flexible, and innovative. Positive “Can Do” attitude and entrepreneurial mindset to meet milestones and deadlines. Experience in Professional Services, Consulting, and/or Cloud services. Ability to manage ambiguity and maintain a strong drive for results. Ability to summarize and present information clearly for review and approval. Experience managing both technical and executive-level relationships (IT Manager, VP, C-level). Cloud and Project Management certifications preferred (e.g. PMP, Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) NTT DATA is an equal opportunity employer.
