Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Location: Tijuana, Baja California, MX_**Job Overview**:As our **Global Cost Accountant**, you will be responsible for the accurate analysis, control, and reporting of global manufacturing costs. Your insights will support strategic decision-making, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and drive continuous profitability improvement across regions.**Key Responsibilities**:- Analyze, control, and report production costs globally, ensuring financial accuracy across multiple sites.- Compare standard vs. actual costs, investigating significant variances locally and internationally.- Consolidate and present cost reports to senior leadership for visibility into global manufacturing performance.- Collaborate with plant accounting teams to align policies and costing procedures.- Maintain and update product cost structures, BOMs, routings, and manufacturing process data in ERP systems.- Evaluate cost impact of operational changes (e.g., raw material fluctuations, volume shifts).- Support the annual budget and forecast processes in line with global strategy.- Ensure compliance with IFRS or US GAAP, especially in inventory and costing matters.- Provide audit support through clear and timely documentation.- Identify opportunities to improve costing processes and implement best practices.- Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, ops, engineering, supply chain) to optimize cost performance.Experiência y requisitos**What We’re Looking For**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, ideally within global manufacturing.- Strong command of standard costing, variance analysis, inventory accounting, and cost structures.- Proficient in IFRS or US GAAP.- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).- Expertise in Excel and Microsoft Office.- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.A proud brand of **National Pen** and **Cimpress** (Nasdaq: CMPR)Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- comedor- fondo de ahorro- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Contabilidad/Finanzas**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Híbrido**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
