We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst who will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing and payment collection.**Responsibilities**:- **Accounts Receivable Management**: Oversee and maintain records of all accounts receivable transactions.- **Billing**: Accurately and promptly generate and send invoices to clients.- **Payment Follow-Up**: Track outstanding invoices and coordinate with clients to ensure timely payment.- **Reconciliations**: Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable to ensure all payments are correctly recorded.- **Dispute Resolution**: Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to invoices, ensuring quick and effective resolution.- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare periodic reports on the status of accounts receivable and key performance metrics.**Requirements**:- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience.- **Technical Skills**: Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.- **Languages**: English proficiency (Conversational).**Benefits**:- Competitive bi-weekly salary and benefits above the legal requirements.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $24,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno mixtoIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
