Our goal is to shape the future of mobility to be safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous.- Communicate Field and 0 Mileage issues to all the organization.- Register and keep all the documentation updated related to the Customer Issues.- Customer meetings to inform about parts analysis and Problem Solving follow up.- Corrective actions follow up and if needed escalation be able to create reports and presentations to get the Management support and remove blocking points.- B2B Portals check on a daily basis.
