Responsible of managing and tracking the specialized service provider platform Additionally, the position will support compliance projects related to tax dispositions and tax authority requirements.**What you will do**:- Sign up specialized services vendors on the tracking system- Creating the digital space for vendor to upload their information- Follow up on supplier’s accomplishment on the documentation.- Support to suppliers in case of doubts related the platform or documentation.- Provide information for Social Security opinion and IRS requirements- Guide vendors on how to submit their information into the system- Ensure Ingredion holds vendor’s information required by law- Review on the documentation provided by the company- Detect vendor’s that are not complying their obligation on providing information and communicate this to the controllership and procurement team- Detect vendor’s providing services without a signed contract and communicate this to controllership, procurement and legal teams- Support in special projects being implemented in the department, such as bill of lading, CFDI reconciliation, and process optimization- Create, implement and follow up of reports to give visibility of the specialized services vendors compliance status.**What will you bring**:- Overall picture of Specialized services vendors obligations and basic notions in tax and labor regulations.- ** Accounting degree**:- Medium English level- Power BI (nice to have)**Who you are**:- Time management- Ability to work to tight deadlines- Attention to detail**Why Join Ingredion?**Discover why Ingredion is the ideal place to advance your career with our exceptional rewards and benefits package designed to help you thrive.
