Join us.Caterpillar is looking for a proactive, high-energy, take-ownership **Senior Transfer Pricing Consultant** to join our Global Tax and Transfer Pricing team in a regional role. Based in the United States, this position will be part of a dynamic transfer pricing team and will support key stakeholders in the Americas Region. The role will involve performing technical transfer pricing analysis with the objective of supporting the execution of our Enterprise and Regional tax and transfer pricing planning initiatives and strategies. This experienced transfer pricing professional will also be expected to support transfer pricing audits in the region and work closely with regional tax teams and external tax consultants.**Key Responsibilities**:- Monitor transfer pricing developments and ensure timely communication of relevant impacts to the Business Units and other Global Tax team members- Assist with the development and execution of enterprise transfer pricing planning strategies- Develop and deliver transfer pricing and economic ideas in a timely manner- Assist with legal entity reviews including functional interviews, entity characterization, transfer pricing policy review and recommendations for change- Provide timely support with transfer pricing audits including preparation of responses to queries from tax authorities- Review commercial transactions and legal documents for transfer pricing implications- Liaise with Global Tax, Corporate Accounting, Corporate Treasury, Enterprise Financial Shared Services, Legal Services Division, and others as needed to facilitate and execute on transfer pricing projects and initiatives; and- Liaise with external tax consultants as needed to obtain advice as directed**About You**:- Recognized Degree in any discipline and/or relevant Postgraduate/Professional Qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics, or Law- Motivated and ambitious professionals with atleast 4-6 years of Transfer Pricing experience, with a sound understanding of complex transfer pricing topics and analytical skills- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills- An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment- Strong verbal and written communication skills - English and Spanish (preferred)- A team player and keen learner**Additional Information**:- Location: Monterrey preferred open to considering other Caterpillar facilities in México- We support flexible working arrangements wherever possible**Employee benefit details**:Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
