From large-scale models to _agentic AI_, our breakthrough solutions tackle companies’ most complex challenges._**_ _**- If you thrive in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment, love solving real-world problems, and want to be part of a team that’s shaping the future, this is your moment._**_ _****_ _****_ Job Description:_****_ _****_ _****_ Responsibilities_****_ _**- Strategic Sourcing: _- _Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the assigned indirect category(ies)._**_ _**- _Conduct supplier market analysis, develop category plans, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. _- _Lead RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ), vendor evaluations, and negotiations. _- _Establish and manage preferred supplier relationships and contracts in alignment with regional and global objectives. _- _Monitor supplier performance and ensure alignment with service level agreements and KPIs. _- _Tactical Sourcing & Operational Procurement: Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in EPICOR ERP. _- _Support business stakeholders with day-to-day sourcing needs and act as the first point of contact for procurement queries. _- _Ensure timely delivery and resolution of supply-related issues. Collaborate with Accounts Payable and stakeholders to resolve invoice mismatches and delivery issues. _- _Maintain procurement documentation, pricing, and supplier data in EPICOR_**_ _****_ Qualifications we seek in you_****_ _****_ Minimum Qualifications_****_ _**- _Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. _- _procurement experience, with focused on indirect categories such as Facilities, IT, Admin, Travel, or Professional Services. _- _Proven ability to manage both tactical and strategic sourcing activities. Hands-on experience with EPICOR ERP is required. _- _Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
