Key responsibilities and tasks Mentoring and managingProposing ideas for improvements in Customer Support related processes, proactively resolving problems encountered where possible; Performing other planned and unplanned tasks related to the Customer Support team processes, performance and data documentation as requested by the Customer Support leadership.**Requirements**:3 - 5 years CS experience- ~3 years supervisory experience or leadership experience (preferred)- US Visa (preferred) Ecommerce knowledge (preferred)- Tech Savvy English 100% written/spoken High school diploma- Education level bachelors degree (preferred)- Excel/Sheets knowledge (Proficiency)- Documents: VISASkills**:Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
