WORK FROM HOME- HIRING BONUS- PERSONAL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED.Under general supervision of CS Management, Customer Support Seniors provide daily work direction to Customer Support Team; maintains internal processes; and performs related duties, as required. Key responsibilities and tasks Mentoring and managing- Customer Support employees, conducting employee performance review meetings;- Assisting Customer Support employees on their day to day questions and requests shared in public and private Slack channels as well as in video or audio calls;- In collaboration with other Customer Support Senior Associates, performing tasks outlined in the CS Senior Daily Task Checklist document on a daily basis;- Compiling and analyzing various datasets as requested by the Customer Support leadership;- Working with Customer Support team’s roster scheduling, monitoring employee presence, processing their absence requests and notifications;- Helping the team to reach the SLAs and targets set by the company’s leadership;- Assisting with the new hire training;- Participating in various online meetings with the Customer Support team or leadership, or colleagues from other Printful departments;- Proposing ideas for improvements in Customer Support related processes, proactively resolving problems encountered where possible;- Performing other planned and unplanned tasks related to the Customer Support team processes, performance and data documentation as requested by the Customer Support leadership.**Requirements**:3 - 5 years CS experience- ~3 years supervisory experience or leadership experience (preferred)- US Visa (preferred) Ecommerce knowledge (preferred)- Tech Savvy English 100% written/spoken High school diploma- Education level bachelors degree (preferred)- Excel/Sheets knowledge (Proficiency)- Documents: VISASkills**:Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
