Responsable ante el Superintendente de Control de Producción y logística y ante el Gerente de Planta de la administración del flujo de material, control de costos del area, control de la transportacion y administracion de los recursos en general.**ROLES, RESPONSABILIDADES Y AUTORIDAD**- Control de los inventarios de materia prima y producto terminado- Administrar el presupuesto del area y lograr el modelo de costo asignado.- Administrar la transportacion normal y especial lo mas efectivamente posible.- Asegurar el seguimiento y cumplimiento al sistema operativo del area- Cumplimiento con los requerimientos de control interno en todo momento.- Cumplimiento con el sistema de EOS (sistema de calidad).- Asegurar que el desempeño del trabajo se haga en cumplimiento con las reglas de seguridad.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de entrega de requerimientos a nuestros clientes.- Administracion del recurso humano para el deempeño efectivo de sus tareas.- Lograr el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y del equipo requerido en el area.- Asegurar la capacitacion necesaria del personal del area para lograr un efectivo desempeño- Promover un ambiente de trabajo productivo y seguro en su área de trabajo.- Desarrollo de proyectos de reducción de costos y mejoramiento continuo.**PRINCIPALES HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS EN EL PUESTO**- Conocimiento de paquetes computacionales 2. Dominio de idioma ingles en un minimo de 70%- Conocimiento y experiência en manejo de personal- Trabajo en equipo- Adaptacion al cambio.- Conocimiento del SAP- Planeación Estrategica.- Orientado a resultados.**ENTRENAMIENTOS REQUERIDOS EN EL PUESTO**- Introduccion al SAP(ordering, shipping, scheduling, receiving,supermarket, warehouse management, customer service, labeling, etc)- Sistema operativo del area en general (ordering, shipping, scheduling, receiving,supermarket, warehouse management, customer service, labeling, etc).- Sistemas de control interno y EOS.- Sistema de logística internos, externos y supply management- Sistema de solucion de problemas.- Sistemas de seguridad en el trabajo.- Sistemas de cambios de ingenieria y permisos de ingenieria.- Administracion del tiempo.- Dirigiendo con Excelencia- Six Sigma.,11.
