We are Nadara, a renewable‑energy company that works in harmony with nature to power communities. We are seeking a Country Manager for Mexico who will lead our Asset Management and Technical Advisory business lines, ensuring profitability and growth in the local market. Key Responsibilities Managing and improving an effective brand strategy in the country and ensuring consistency with the global brand. Building professional relationships with staff, stakeholders, customers, partners, suppliers, media and government agencies. Generating new sources of revenue for all business lines. Liaising with the head corporate office and coordinating the local activities according to the general guidelines (matrix scheme). Supporting, in coordination with Global Technical Asset Management and Global Technical Advisory, client relationships and ensuring efficient, effective and high‑quality deliverables based on contractual specifications. Supporting, in coordination with the Commercial Department, the growth of Vector in the country. Assisting in the recruitment and coordination of the local team. Monitoring performance of the Mexican Asset Management and Technical Advisory teams and quality and timely delivery over client contracts. Preparing, implementing and monitoring new strategic and operational initiatives. Identifying and monitoring business opportunities, meetings/calls, pre‑qualifications and bidding processes related to services in Mexico and surrounding markets. Ensuring compliance with local regulations. Supporting the collection and processing of commercial activity data. Preparing commercial proposals. Preparing strategic plans for Mexico. Participating in the management body of Vector Mexico to support relations with public authorities, the market and industry sectors. Attending events/webinars related to the renewable‑energy sector to support Vector commercial activities (with prior approval of the Commercial Director). Developing and managing a brand strategy in Mexico consistent with the global positioning of the Vector Renewables brand. Knowledge and understanding of the electricity market in Mexico and the wider region. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (preferably a Master’s degree). Experience in the energy and infrastructure business sector in Mexico. Thorough understanding of the commercial, environmental and regulatory challenges in wind and solar project development and the renewable‑energy industry. Network of contacts to generate business opportunities. Ability to provide excellent customer service. Appropriate negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proven management experience in similar senior positions. Sensitivity to different cultural norms and proven ability to operate internationally. Fluent in Spanish and English.
