As the Country Manager, you will be the driving force developing a world‑class team of talented professionals and expand AECOM’s footprint in Mexico through some of the most iconic and impactful projects in the country. Your mission is to contribute and implement the AECOM strategy in Mexico by expanding our client base, developing the capabilities of our teams and operations in Mexico, and leveraging our global expertise housed in AECOM’s Centers of Excellence to deliver programs and projects in Mexico that make a difference in the life of our communities in the country. Your responsibilities will encompass the development of business opportunities and overseeing our investment decisions to grow our top‑line revenue and EBITDA, manage risks and keep teams focused on programs and projects where AECOM can make a meaningful contribution, and the meticulous oversight of our local operations to ensure compliance and alignment with our core values.
