What do you get to do in this position?
The Execution Excellence Improvement Leader will collaborate across H&D NAM functions to drive operational efficiency for superior project execution, ensuring project timelines are achieved with sustainability, cost, and quality in mind. This position will establish a center for agile coaching excellence and best practices for project execution while leveraging change management skills to further simplify and streamline NAM H&D operating model.
Responsibilities:
- Execute an agile coaching model and practice to sustain NAM H&D agile transformation and execution efforts.
- Leverage data to identify opportunities for process optimization, workflow enhancement, and performance improvement across business functions.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions that contribute to the organization's continuous improvement efforts.
- Utilize lean concepts and 6 sigma concepts to develop or streamline current workflows.
- Lead cross-functional teams to standardize and document best practices, procedures, and workflows.
- Apply learning across appropriate business units.
- Develop change management strategies to implement changes effectively with project teams.
- Facilitate change management and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Develop performance metrics to monitor and measure the impact of process improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of best practices and recommend solutions to drive continuous improvement.

This job might be for you if:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or equivalent experience in related fields (advanced degree such as an MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of leading and implementing large strategic transformations.
- Exceptional leadership and critical thinking, problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- English speaking.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with change management and stakeholder analysis.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
