The main levers include one-on-one restaurant support, product development, incentive schemes, and corrective actions.Role Responsibilities:- Identifying the root causes of restaurant service issues and translating them into actionable solutions.- Defining and overseeing the execution of the aforementioned campaigns in collaboration with the commercial team.- Collaborating with the commercial team to develop a gold standard for delivery operations and supporting restaurants in its implementation.- Designing incentive schemes and corrective actions to enhance restaurant operations.- Reviewing the restaurant app to identify gaps and working with the product team and restaurants to redesign it.Role Qualifications:- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations & strategy, project management and project management.- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Engineering or related fields- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate a fast-paced environment.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
