**About the Role**:We are seeking a seasoned **General Ledger Accountant** to lead accurate financial recordkeeping, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support audits and reporting across global frameworks.**Key Responsibilities**:- Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries (accruals, deferrals, corrections).- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and analyze variances.- Participate in monthly and yearly closing processes.- Prepare documentation for audits and compliance.- Monitor fixed assets and depreciation (Mexico, IFRS, US GAAP).- Support cash flow forecasting and financial reporting.**Qualifications**:- 5+ years of GL accounting experience.- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.- Strong command of IFRS, NIF, and US GAAP.- Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel.- English proficiency (B2 or higher).- Automotive industry experience preferred.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
