**Share the Dream**We are looking for people who are caring, strive for excellence and want to make a difference in children's lives Dream Big Children's Center is an early intervention ABA therapy center in Southern California. We are a female founded company with the vision of using inclusive play and early intervention services to shape the future of the next generation.**Location**:This position is temporarily remote and will be based in Dream Big Children’s Center's Headquarters in Monrovia, CA in the future.**Job Duties**:- Assist in managing full cycle administration of applicant process from screening to onboarding.- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, credentials and documentation.- Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, etc.- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.- Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.- Assist with new hire orientation.- Serve as a knowledge expert on local, state and federal labor laws.- Provides clerical support to the HR department/consulting company.- Performs other HR support duties as assigned.**Qualifications**- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.- 3 years experience in human resources administration.- Prior related office experience preferred.- Prior experience in human resources administration in healthcare and/or human services highly preferred.**Dream Big Celebrates Differences**We don't just dream of inclusive and equal environments- we create them.
