**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 2 years of experience in sales or customer enablement, or related learning role.- 2 years of experience in program management.- Experience launching programs including in person or virtual events, and organizing training programs or creating training content.**Preferred qualifications**:- Experience developing and following up of training metrics to measure effectiveness.**About the job**: The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.**Responsibilities**:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management (creation, updates, roles, permissions).- Upload, configure, and deploy new and updated training courses, curricula, and learning paths within the LMS for various training campaigns and initiatives. Create and manage learning groups, cohorts, and audience segmentation for targeted training delivery.- Generate and analyze regular reports on training completion rates, learner progress, assessment scores, and overall training effectiveness.- Collaborate with the E-Learning Content Creator to ensure seamless integration and functionality of training content within the LMS.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
