You play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective learning experiences that meet the educational needs of the organization. This role involves designing and creating engaging and effective instructional materials and programs that align with organizational goals and objectives. The goal is to empower learners with the essential knowledge and skills needed for success in their respective roles.**Requirements**:- Bilingual (Spanish / English ).- Design tools as Canva Pro; Adobe Creative Cloud.- Experience using AI in your daily activities.- 1 -3 years of experience in training or education-related fields.Activities.1. Diagnose and assess the needs of the operation and design learning solutions tailored to them.- 2. Create training curriculums, programs and outlines from beginning to end that align with the organization objectives per line of business.- 3. Develop learning objectives and outcomes that are measurable and aligned with organizational goals.- 4. Design instructional strategies and methodologies to facilitate effective learning experiences.- 5. Integrate assessment strategies to evaluate learner progress and measure learning outcomes- 6. Use authoring tools to develop online courses.- 7. Design and develop engaging educational materials, including but not limited to presentations, manuals, online courses, videos, and interactive modules.- 8. Utilize instructional design principles and technologies to enhance learning experiences.- 9. Incorporate multimedia elements and interactive features to increase learner engagement.- 10. Collaborate with Trainers, Training Supervisors and Training Manager (or other Leaders) to provide solutions to learning gaps in existing training material- 11. Periodically audit results of existing training material to guarantee its effectiveness, relevancy and accuracy.- 12.
