The position is responsible for leading and coordinating the financial planning process across the business unit, including part of the financial close, forecasting and business planning activities. As well as interacting with regional BU finance, regional non-finance function and corporate finance organization. The position will report directly to the Share Service Center Director of Finance.**JOB RESPONSABILITIES AND FUNCTIONS**- Champion the **annual business planning process**; including establishing the planning calendar and critical dates, coordinating meetings with internal/external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of deliverables.- **Coordinate monthly close / rolling forecast activities and deliverables**, including timely submission of reporting requirements and presentation and analysis for use by management and stakeholders.- **Lead daily/weekly financial analysis and reportin**g, work with cross functional groups to identify risk & opportunities and mitigate/deliver financial commitments.- Act as liaison between corporate and BU finance, and accounting organization.- **Coordinate functional and central budget** creation and management with functional leaders.- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements as required for accounting organization.- Help foster innovation, while focusing on data driven decision making.- Manage a team of 4+ Analyst.- **Process Improvements**_- Identify and drive process improvements within FP&A. Improve efficiency through standardization and automation of processes, reports, and templates in business finance department.- **Financial Advisory & Controllership**_- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts, perform variance analysis, and recommends actions for optimization- Recommend actions to drive profitability by collating, analyzing, and interpreting data and making comparative analysis; study proposed changes in methods**JOB PROFILE**- Bachelor´s in Finance or Accounting / Master´s degree (desirable)- Special knowledge in Financial Analysis- Advanced english- Computer and systems knowledge such as: Excel, ERP Systems (SAP, Acumatica), Power BI.- 3-5 years of experiencie- Monday to Friday- Hybrid modality (work from home&on site)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento gratuito- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro dental- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono de productividad
