**RIMSA está en búsqueda de un Market Analyst**¿Tienes experiência en ventas, atención al cliente o análisis comercial?Esta es tu oportunidad de unirte a una empresa con impacto nacional en el sector de Facilities**Ubicación**: NIÑOS HÉROES, SN, Primer Cuadro (Centro), 81200, Ahome, Sinaloa**Empresa**: RIMSAMEX, con más de 15 años liderando en soluciones de mantenimiento integral a nível nacional.**Objetivo del puesto**:Serás responsable de analizar y calificar todos los leads entrantes generados por marketing digital. Tu meta es identificar si cumplen con el perfil ideal de cliente (ICP) y, si es así, agendar una reunión para que un Account Manager continúe con el proceso comercial.**Responsabilidades**:- Dar seguimiento inmediato (en menos de 5 minutos) a leads que ingresan por formularios, campañas, WhatsApp, correo o teléfono.- Calificar prospectos con base en criterios específicos como número de inmuebles, número de empleados, industria y tipo de mantenimiento requerido.- Agendar citas exclusivamente con leads calificados para los Account Managers.- Identificar cuentas objetivo a través de herramientas como bases de datos, LinkedIn, y directorios empresariales.- Registrar y documentar toda interacción en el CRM Salesforce.**Perfil que buscamos**:- Licenciatura o Ingeniería (preferentemente en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios o afines).- Experiência mínima de 1 año en ventas directas, telemarketing o call center.- Conocimiento deseable en Real Estate, ventas B2B o análisis de mercado.- Manejo de herramientas digitales y plataformas CRM.**Plus (no obligatorio)**: Atención al cliente, perseverancia, organización y orientación a resultados.**¿Qué ofrecemos?**Un entorno dinámico, con oportunidades reales de desarrollo profesional dentro de una empresa innovadora, en expansión y con presencia nacional.Forma parte de un equipo que transforma la industria del mantenimiento en MéxicoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Expectativa SalarialEscolaridad:- Primaria (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
