With more than 25 subsidiaries and 600 boutiques MONTBLANC is present all over the world.The Training Coordinator is responsible to support the training area in the design, develop, and coordinate training activities for the brand in all channels**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Define the annual training calendar, to support the launches of new products and their displacement. As well as induction training- Track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.- Update the work plan, including special launches- Defines the necessary resources for each training (Gifts, decoration, materials, etc.)- Coordinate the delivery of Distributed Brands training courses for Directors, Sales, and Administrative Personnel.- Attend training courses to stay up to date on new releases and products.- Translates the information from corporate training into Spanish and adapts it to the Mexican market.- Defines and coordinates the supply of resources for the course (Gifts, decoration, materials, etc.)- Coordinate field visits to verify the knowledge of the staff, as well as learn first-hand about their needs and opportunities.- Make scheduled and surprise visits to Sales Points.- Defines the need to reinforce the training of the SA´s. If necessary, resolve doubts about the products.- Provides support in problem solving.- Supports the selection of suppliers.- Participate in the final definition of content.- Follow up to the training app and coaching programDont miss the chance to be a part of one of the largest luxury brands
