**Position Overview**: As an Account Manager, you will be the frontline representative of our company, responsible for addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service, fostering positive relationships with our valued customers, and contributing to our overall success.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and patience, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and solicit feedback to continuously improve our service.Qualifications:- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently and effectively.- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a positive attitude and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.- Proficiency in using customer service software and other relevant tools.- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.**Requirements**:- Highly Motivated- Full time- Ability to multitaskPay will be discussed in the final interview.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $11,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés fluido (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
