If you're driven to make a significant impact and be part of something monumental, this role is beckoning.This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.**What You'll Do**:- Utilize data and sales trends to develop accurate inventory forecasts- Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable product supply- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure favorable agreements- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock- Optimize reorder points and lead times- Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and address any logístical issues that may arise.- Continuously evaluate and optimize supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Finance, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.- Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance.- Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience to external disruptions.**What You Need**:- 5+ Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the consumer goods industry- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced Start-Up environment- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.- Familiarity with supply chain technologies and tools.**Salary & Benefits**:- Competitive salary.- This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.- Work from home.- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.- Additional perks and benefits.
