In surgery, orthopedics, vision, and interventional solutions, we continue to help save lives and create a future where healthcare solutions are smarter, less invasive, and more personalized.**We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR BUSINESS EXCELLENCE TECHNICIAN to be in CIUDAD JUAREZ.****PURPOSE**:Da soporte en asignaciones tales como análisis de operaciones, apoyo en el balanceo de líneas, auditorias.**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:- Bajo supervisión limitada y de acuerdo con las leyes/regulaciones federales, estatales y locales y los procedimientos y lineamientos Corporativas de Johnson & Johnson, esta posición:- Monitorea a través de auditorías periódicas la aplicación correcta de los procedimientos de operación estandarizados sobre el uso de las herramientas de manufactura esbelta (Auditoria lean & auditoría 5S).- Reporta al gerente de excelencia operacional irregularidades encontradas en las auditorias.- Da soporte en asignaciones tales como desarrollar presentaciones a nível ejecutivo para la región de Juarez, elabora presentaciones con alto contenido visual a partir de datos operativos.- Habilidad de realizar presentaciones a nível Gerencial y del Campus.- Analizar datos y tendencias.- Brinda consultoría general en el uso de herramientas de manufactura esbelta.- Lidera iniciativas a nível planta, y brinda soporte de control de layouts.**Qualifications**:**REQUIREMENTS****EDUCATION**:Bachillerato o Carrera técnica. Preferentemente Graduado de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial.**EXPERIENCE**:- De 2 a 4 años. Manejo de idioma inglés preferentemente.- Proficiente en el uso de diferentes tipos de software para crear presentaciones en formato de power point/pdf.- Habilidad para analizar y representar datos financieros y/u operacionales de manera gráfica. Preferente el contar con conocimientos en la industria de productos médicos. Conocimiento de herramientas de Manufactura Esbelta y/o six sigma esperados- Alto nível de creatividad- Proactivo (a)**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:**- **Conocimiento de herramientas de Manufactura Esbelta y/o six sigma esperado.
