**Position Overview**: As a Pre-Sales Engineer at Ceragon, you will become a trusted advisor with customers and prospects by understanding their pain points and developing comprehensive wireless connectivity solutions. Your deep expertise in Microwave/Millimeterwave Radio transport & access technologies will be essential in delivering high-quality connectivity solutions. Your role will involve the integration of RF planning and Spectrum Analysis to design efficient and robust wireless networks. You will lead in creating scalable, secure, and high-performance network designs while considering factors such as spectrum utilization and RF interference.**Key Responsibilities**:**Radio Solutions Design**:- Lead analysis and design of radio network solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.- Develop detailed network diagrams and documentation for implementation and troubleshooting.- Present solutions to the customer for feedback and modify design to meet requirements.**Transport Networks**- **RF Planning and Spectrum Analysis**:- Conduct RF planning to optimize wireless network coverage and performance.- Perform Spectrum Analysis to identify and mitigate interference, ensuring reliable and high-quality wireless connections.**Regulatory Compliance and Product Homologation**- Lead market product regulatory compliance requirements to ensure Ceragon’s portfolio is properly certified for commercialization.- Assist with product homologation, trials, and proof-of-concept efforts to meet regulatory or customer business or technical requirements.**Communication Skills**- Assist in proposal preparation and customer solution presentation, training, seminars/webinars.- Attend industry events and trade shows as required to promote company solutions.**Requirements**:**JOB REQUIREMENTS****Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Networking) or equivalent work experience.- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Radio Engineer or similar role with a strong emphasis on Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint MW/mmW Radio solutions.- Proficiency in network design principles and practices.- Experience in RF planning and Spectrum Analysis for wireless networks. Proficiency in Path Loss and similar desktop link budget tools is expected.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Fluent in Spanish and English.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities (team player)- Willing and able to travel.
