**What You’ll Do**- Develop proofs of concept (POCs) and live demos to showcase integration capabilities and support the sales process- Collaborate with professional services, sales, and internal stakeholders to translate business workflows into scalable technical solutions- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automations to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability- Document integration architectures, scenarios, and best practices to support knowledge sharing across teams- Provide feedback to cross-functional teams regarding client needs, integration limitations, and potential product or service enhancements**What We’re Looking ForRequired**- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, REST services, authentication methods, and data structures- Experience with data mapping, transformation, error handling, and automation monitoring- Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-step integrations in production environments- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders**Nice to Have (Not Required)**- Background in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical pre-sales- Experience with CRM, finance, or marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe)**Work Environment & Logistics**- Fully remote position- Must be available during US business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)- Fluent English (written and verbal) required**Why Join Lucid Day**- Work on **high-impact automation and integration projects** for diverse clients- Collaborate with a team that values **technical excellence, clarity, and craftsmanship**:- Competitive compensation and strong opportunities for professional growth- Exposure to cutting-edge automation technologies and complex real-world use cases**Our Commitment to DEI**Lucid Day is committed to building an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace.
