Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:**_Key Responsibilities_**- Support data entry and updates in the HRIS- Assist in validating and cleaning employee data across systems- Generate simple reports and dashboards to support decision-making- Collaborate in routine audits to ensure data integrity- Document and update process guidelines for HR operations- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to HR processes as needed**_Must-have Skills_**- Undergraduate or nearing graduation.- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in HR, Communications, HR, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.- Advanced proficiency in English.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.- Organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.- Familiarity with Google Suite & collaboration tools, especially Slack, is a plus.- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.**Preferred (not required)**- Experience with any HRIS platform (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)- Familiarity with basic HR concepts or previous internship experience in a People team**What we offer**:- Flexible work policy and remote-friendly approach.- Happy hours, gaming tournaments, sports activities & more.- Continuous learning & training programs with WizeAcademy.Find out more about our culture here
