**HR People Data Analyst****TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Collaborate with HR and Other Business Units: Assess data requirements and translate those needs into actionable insights to ensure alignment with business objectives.- Analyze and Interpret HR-Related Data: Identify trends and insights that inform business decisions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business and market context to create targeted data analyses that address specific challenges.- Develop Self-Service Data Solutions: Create dashboards and other tools to enhance the speed and effectiveness of the decision-making process.- Identify Opportunities for Continuous Improvement: Leverage data analytics to propose optimizations in HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.- Ensure Data Integrity and Accuracy: Implement best practices in data governance and management to maintain high-quality data standards.- Foster a Data-Driven Culture: Empower colleagues within the HR team to effectively utilize analytical insights in their daily tasks, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.**WHO YOU ARE**- Bachelor’s Degree.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an HR environment.- Experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data visualization and analytical techniques.- Proficient in Power BI and other data visualization tools.- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.- Knowledge of Python programming for data analysis.- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data translation techniques.- Strong data visualization construction skills and UX knowledge.- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.- Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate data findings.- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Proactive and collaborative mindset in a dynamic work environment, with a strong attitude toward teamwork.**WHAT WE OFFER**- Hybrid Working Style- Full time employment contract- Attractive benefits packageAt Bayer we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
