Hybrid- Full-time- Middle- We are expanding our MKT department and we’re looking for a talented and experienced professional to be the Influencer MKT Specialist for Central America. You will be responsible to keep in touch with agencies, influencers and create some new processes.**Responsibilities**:**What you will do**:- Development and coordination of influencer marketing in Central America- Managing the IM campaigns: strategy, execution, reporting, and post-analytics for further optimization- Work with the local agencies - procurement & tenders, handling the communication, briefing, content approval- Briefing the digital media team to launch extra promotional campaigns for influencers' content- Collaboration with the owned media channels (SMM team)- Searching and analysis of the actual trends in the industry- Analysis of the competitors' influencer marketing activations- Leading the ambassador program in Mexico- Work with documentation and contracts with the support of the marketing operations team**Qualifications**:**What we expect from you**:- Experience at least 1.5 years with Influencer Marketing projects- Self-organized- Committed to quality,- English Advanced level- Spanish (local language)- Pro-activity, decision-making skills- Work with the project management platforms (Wrike, Jira), data analytics dashboards (Tableau), influencer marketing analytics platforms
